So I turned 31 and got my hair highlighted. It's fun. I'm so thankful for my family.

Today Cafe Rio opens about 8 minutes from our house. I told the kids if they're good today we can go, but you know even if they're little stinkers we'll still go.

More fun Yakima stuff

Dallin took his first steps in yakima, and now at almost 15 months he's finally walking!

At grandma's house Anna told me there was a fly upstairs so she got the fly swatter down by herself, went back upstairs and then came down with a fly on it. Wow!
We enjoyed a day at the Yakima Family Fun Center miniature golfing.
Anna turned 3. Todd got her these fake earings that lasted long enough for a picture.

YAKIMA

We are loving it here on our 2 week visit! We definitely miss Todd--but are enjoying family and it's a party every night. The weather is cold in the evenings (totally awesome). Our first day we went Jet skiing. Sleeping pictures of kids are the best.

TEXAS

It's hard to believe our fun week in Texas is already over. We really enjoyed it. I was so bummed I left my purse and camera there though and am excited to have the camera so I can download pictures! (Luckily by chance Todd had kept my license with him so we could make our flight home---could have been majorly bad) Anyway we did tons of great stuff. Downstairs the room is filled with animal heads on the wall. Great-Grandpa Russell is 92. He plays his harmonica for us and sang "Hold on little doggies" We love playing dominoes too.On July 4th we went to the circus and then enjoyed desserts and fireworks in Boerne Todd has such good memories "at the creek" and caught some fish with Lincoln

Love the Picture People

School is out and Kaylee always wants to know what we're doing--like for every minute of the day. Monday I took the kids to the mall--and got pictures taken. Now believe me, I didn't have my expectations too high, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not just pleasantly surprised but totally thrilled. The kids were awesome and I actually got 2 different poses that were great. I always think I can get a good picture on my own, but the kids pose better for other people. Since we were already down in the area we went to the Springs Preserve. My kids totally love the dumptruck that has a little movie in it. We had a picnic and explored around. Loved it.

Ready for first grade

Today was kindergarten celebration. They had a cute slide show and the kids sang songs. They all said what they wanted to be when they grew up and Kaylee said an artist. Now we are ready for the summer to do lots of fun stuff! We played beauty parlor and put makeup on the girls.
